Our rice flour is made from "Yanokuni Rice," which we grow and harvest ourselves in Tabuse, Yamaguchi Prefecture.
We are deeply committed to both taste and safety. In our factory, we handle only rice flour in a facility dedicated exclusively to rice flour production.
Since 2016, our company has been engaged in agriculture. We grow “Yanokuni Rice,” which is grown with only the minimum necessary amount of pesticides, in the beautiful rice fields in Tabuse, Yamaguchi, Japan. We carefully handle everything in-house — from rice cultivation to milling, packaging, and sales.

We use water purified by the “Noana” filtration system to wash the rice. Quality and taste are carefully managed from the very first step—rice washing.
