Rice Flour Bread Bakery
We make shokupan (a loaf of bread) and koppepan (long bread roll) using non-gluten rice flour with less than 1 ppm of gluten.
Our bread is made 100% from rice flour—no wheat flour, no blends, no additives. The ingredients are simple: rice flour, raw cane sugar, rice oil, salt, and fresh yeast.
The rice flour we use is called Yanokuni Innocent Rice Flour, made from delicious rice grown in the beautiful paddies right near where golmarl is located.
